Exquisite Aberdeen Townhouse This townhouse was a complete renovation project undertaken with a group of friends. Bold warm colors adorn the walls of every room and a luxurious satin finish covers all the trim work. The property was sold privately after the renos were complete, at a very good price.

Modern Country Luxury in Juniper This exquisite custom built home by Konken Enterprises was a pleasure to paint. A nice satin finish covers the wide baseboards, door and window trim. A bold gloss black shines on the stairway rail and fireplace mantel. I generally avoid exteriors but the outside trim and front door were included here.
